I do not have any of the expansions on my account if I buy the new expansion will I get all the previous expansions? I don't see the previous expansions anywhere to purchase. Also if it does come with the expansion will the previous expansions be unlocked right away or will I have to wait until BoL goes live?
By purchasing BoL, you'll have access to previous expansion content as well! However, as for your second question, I'm not sure if you'll have access to previous expansion content right away. I think so but i'm not sure. I think a certain amount of content is available for f2p up to a certain point, but I'm personally not sure what that point is atm
Tangris is correct. You get access to all previous zone content immediately. You will not get reforging, beastlords, channelers, Freebloods, or Aerykens, these are not expansion content and are sold separately, they have begun including the mercenary feature the last couple of expansions.
