Has anybody been able to place this thing. I've tried hanging it from everything / everyway possible and it just will not give me green under any circumstances... I like it, but I think it's bugged currently. edit: Looks like Urzarach glow sac is also bugged / unplaceable.
The zavith'loa hanging shrub is a ledge plant! Try placing it on the edge of a flat surface (raised tile, divider, etc.).
