a 100 character limit of which i have 102? deleted enough characters to make it 100 and still got hte same message they wont' let me post. since when was there such a low character count limit?

How about the SOE Tracker and Dev Tracker not working since 8/2/12? When will we be able to change our persona info again? ( name, guild, rank etc? )
