Here is an odd bug I noticed when trying to figure out why Storming Tempest was not doing the damage it should on an epic training dummy. When I practice on an Epic Training Dummy, using all my spells, the damage-over-time (DoT) portion of the Storming Tempest III (Master) spell _never_ triggered, for each of the 9 casts of it during my fight with the training dummy. If I start a new fight with a Training Dummy, the spell behaves. I thought maybe one of my other DoTs was interfering, but Ice Spears, Frigid Gift, and Furnace of Ro don't seem to interfere. If I cast any of those just before Storming Tempest, Storming Tempest still behaves. Any idea why Storming Tempest is misbehaving sometimes? -Leucippus
OK, I figured out the bug. The spell Storming Tempest toggles off if you cast it again before it expires. This spell should not have that behavior. Please fix, thanks. -Leucippus
