bug or not

    dear gm, i've got my brigand's cloak finally,
    \aITEM 473841610 1316903073:Bandit's Shroud\/a
    but as i noticed, that there is no dmg increased to DISPATCH with my cloak on, only the resistance added, is it bugged out or something? plz check it for me, thank you very much
