The Obedience Baton from VP is not useable by mages or priests, although its description states that it is. That item is of type "Off Hand". It type should be "Secondary" if it is to be useable by mages or priests. Alterntively, "All Mages,All Priests" should be removed from the list of classes it is useable by.
It's a 1h crushing weapon. It can be worn in primary as a Mage/Priest, or Primary/Secondary if a class can dual wield it.
Check again ... it's description says "off hand" not "one hand". What you are saying is the same mistake I made. Unfortunately, that same description says the item is useable by a fury, which it is not.
