Healing component for necromancer ability 'Lich' does not work correctly if Necromancer not Thaumaturgist Fix please..
The proc only works off disease hits, which obviously doesn't work if the necromancer isn't thaumaturgist as you stated. It is not only the healing component, but also the damage portion too as it does not trigger. I sent the devs PMs about this months ago. Basically the response to stuff working in a similar manner in Discord, like occult bolt for warlocks, is that it won't be changed.
I am sad... Developers can confirm this? In the description of the lich there is no dependence 'heal from disease damage'. Necromancers should be thaumaturgists only? Nonsence...
It says in the description of the ability it only triggers off disease damage. The heal portion and the damage portion would both be labeled as lich's siphoning. You will be receiving neither. Don't really need dev confirmation to put on something that isn't disease damage and then take it off to see if you get the procs.
