So I setting up crafting set(s) and my experimenting set includes putting on my ITEM -1657369799 426320820 0 0 0:Mantle of the Grandmaster Carpenter It says when activated, it casts Grandmaster's Proficiency. So I activate the buff and no icon AND looking at my tradeskill section of my character window, it provides no benefits? Could someone look into this?
Hmm, for some reason I always thought it was a "while equipped effect". However the activatable proc doesn't have any effect on my Sage Mantle either. That makes those cloaks absolutely worthless outside of their adventure stats. The old Master cloak effect does work however, like on http://u.eq2wire.com/item/index/2052526368 Edit: the effect on the KA Grandmaster cloak has no duration, that's why it doesn't do anything - it stops at the same time as it's activated.
