The proc on this familiar is not working on the TLE. I can only assume that this is a bug and I certainly hope that it is. It should be of priority to get this fixed as you are selling a non-functional item. I claimed mine and lvled it to lvl 9, ran zones for hours and later checked ACT and noticed that it hadn't procced even once. Cost me a lot of money and if it's because you don't want "ability double cast" on TLE I'd say this is very close to a scam because there was no information given that this familiar wouldn't be fully functional on TLE. If it's a bug please fix it.
Ability double cast wasnt a valid stat in game till an expansion or two ago..it makes sense that part of the proc wouldnt work on TLE
