BUG: Crystallize Soul VII

    Hi

    Since the launch of PoP, i've sent a few bug reports, but nothing has been done.

    Defiler's Crystallize Soul VII expert NEVER procs at level 110.

    The same spell works fine, only, when you mentor at level 100 or under.

    A correction would be appreciated.
