Well i decided to level up my Zerker and ive notice that i have Mock 3 however i dont have the previous 2 ranks, I also learned that enrage does not automatically enter my spell book, i also had to find that out of a chest. It seems that my character is not getting all of his spells when he levels up.
Not a bug. They changed it in GU57 so that some spells used primarily just in groups would not be given out automatically in the first two tiers. You can still buy them, but the intent was to not overwhelm new players (/cough EQ2X) with abilities they wouldn't even be using, since T1 and T2 tend to be blown through quickly solo.
