broker issue

Hello today i wanted to buy some kronos , but i never got em but plat was still taken . i didnt even get the normal text that says that u bought this for that amount of plat, instead after that when i tried to zone it said consigment transaction in prorgress
after 15 minutes of waiting and no kronos i exited and returned in hopes that i had received my kronos or plat returned but to no avail
Ive heard other people complaining about broker as well so be careful with large plat trades with broker
( hope i get my plat or kronos with my petition )

Kronos don't actually show up in your bag. I seem to recall that it's somewhere on the Persona window in an odd spot. You can drag them to a bag.

go to https://help.daybreakgames.com/app/ask/ and raise a support ticked. Even if you are free to play I'd argue that this is a real money transaction.

Just to make sure, you do know they end up in Currency tab on the bottom?

Did you buy it from Daybreak or from the broker? I know that if you buy it from Daybreak it takes a while before you see it. Several hours in fact.
