So I completed the original Frillik quest which starts at the dinghy on the beach and after it allowed me to do the timed key quest. Unfortunately I failed the timed quest. When I came out after my failure the broken barrel turned back into a dinghy. Now every time I go to try and do it, it is a dinghy and I can't get it to turn back into a broken barrel. Can somebody help me or do I have to bug this or is this already a known bugged quest?
I'm assuming you've figured it out by now. The key quest Frillik Tide zone-in is by Slaver's Point. (or maybe it's too early and I've misunderstood your issue )
