What I'd advise: Spec to aim for before level 50: This - Aiming for Crit Chance and some Survivability Spec to Aim for before level 70: This - Crit Chance, Survivability Spec to Aim for before level 85: This - Starting to work on DPS/Survivability Spec to Aim for at 90: This - Assumes you have a decent amount of Crit chance Spec to Aim for at 95: Look up Twyxx (AB), Neiloch (BB) or Snapshot (Nagafen) on EQ2U. This is assuming you max your AA before each tier of new AA spends, no need to do that, just gives an outline.
Not sure which level you are but there used to be questline in Stormhold that rewarded a decent lvl27 bow.
Stormfire - Picked up from the ghost in the starting hallway - Something to do with Lord Valinaye - includes killing Lord Gydak a lvl 30^^^ in a mass fight with unlinked other lvl 29^^^ and 30 no arrow mobs. So group/merc or be equipped with gear better than the reward bow lol
Spurr at level 30 where are you questing? Granted this game you do not level as quickly as in ones you may have played before, but it's still decent. I usually hit Enchanted Lands at 30, there's some decent quests there with decent Treasured rewards. Do you have the Age of Discovery expansion?
