Bought Pre-order standard version of Blood of Luclin and cant upgrade to Collector's edition

    shrug not sure haven't tried that.

    I'd open a ticket with support they are pretty quick with responses.

    That is odd, we have always been able to upgrade previously. I myself have not tried it either, cannot do it until next month.

    I had the same issue after I pre-ordered the standard edition. I submitted a ticket and was told that upgrades will be available once the expansion is released.

    Upgrades usually happen later on after first opening up new expansion for purchase.
    How much "later" I don't know/remember but probably after expansion goes live.

    I believe Holly said on Discord that once the expansion launches to live you can upgrade.
