Pretty much as the title says... I took a year-long break and wanted to come back. I bought the PoP preorder as it stated "You will receive all previous expansion, including 2016's Kunark Ascending, at the same time you purchase Planes of Prophecy". The purchase worked (I can access the Beta server and claim the Clockwork's illusion on my characters) but I still don't have access to KA (I didn't get a maill from Queen Alwenielle and Jerol in Mara says I don't have any "missed mail") Any help would be appreciated
You could try to have someone summon you to Obulus Frontier with a veteran call or use the golden portal thingie in a guild hall (that would put you into the cave in OF, but everything including the guards there is aggro, so be careful) . If that works then the technical side is covered and you do have access. Then there is the matter of starting the signature line and finding out about the missing mail. Did you try talking to the Queen (even without the mail)? Speak with Queen Amree ( 422, 137, 263 ) in Kelethin in Fae Royal Court if good. Speak with Queen Cristanos in Neriak, City of Hate at ( -578, 32, -193 ) if evil. I'd try that, maybe it works?
