do the blue adorn slots only apply to pvp? or do the blue adorns in BG only apply to pvp? if the blue adorns in bg only apply to pvp, is there other adorns that apply to pve in blue adorn slots?
They apply to both unless you adorn toughness or lethality, in which case they only apply to BG and pvp.
