Last expac saw the decline of block chance as a viable ability. Has it made a comeback or should we just stick to keeping it at whatever level is required to keep Uncontested Avoidance at 70%. Thanks in advance for your help.
It's so easy to get maxed uncontested avoidance its not only a requirement but its even hard to avoid, if you are gearing correctly.
having max uncontested block is still a viable option and will provide a lot of benefit. you will also need to have a lot of mit so when you do get hit its softened up some
Aye, Block is good to prevent as much incoming damage. Yes, Strikethrough exist on mobs that negates our Block % but they do not have 100% Strikethrough. So, as a Brawler with 70% Uncontested Block, even you only avoid 1/3 of incoming attacks, thats a 1/3rd less damage your taking.
