Looking at the post date for the LaunchPad4 installers on the old forum indicates that we now are approaching 1 year of bloated downloads for those who have been inflicted with this problem. (6th Dec) Today's patch: 2.4GB from Splitpaw 80Mb - US servers Is there anyone in the Launch Pad team that takes any pride in their work? If you don't know how to fix this, you should be turning on more detailed logs for those people who are having the problems. When I look at other problems that have been around along time (call of the veteran/aa's reseting) these have been fixed or significantly improved once you have allocated someone to look at it. Don't you think that a year is a long enough time frame to allocate someone to look at this problem?
