Betraying Neriak to Kelethin, how much faction needed?

    Hi!

    I'm betraying my Nagafen exiled Necro to Kelethin. I started out at -40,000 Kelethin faction. I thought you used to have to get to +30,000 (that's 70,000 worth of faction quests needed at 3000 faction per quest), but this time I hit +12,000 and the guy says I'm ready to become a citizen. (I clicked "Am I ready yet?" by mistake, and was surprised when he said "yes.")

    How much faction do you need these days to betray fully from one side to the other? Has the amount changed from years ago and been lessened recently then? Let's hope I didn't do 20 quests too many, lol....

    You just have to get to amiable status, so 10k or so to start the final citizenship quest, I think.
