Betrayal Quest on TLE Available?

    Hello Adventurer,
    wanted to create an Iksar on Kaladim and switch to the other side with it. Is this function already unlocked on the TLE? Have not found anything solid.

    you speaks to the Ambassador and tell him your not happy where you live and he sends you to speack with somebody who will send you to Haven .
    Than you got to grind your way back into faction with the side you want to go to the destinations are limited to I think Qeynos and Freeport.
