   I have ran this quest a number of times. The tentacles from the sea monster all need to be killed in order to update the quest. However, they all get stuck at 1% and then become untargetabble (you can tab target but when attempting a CA you are told the target is not an enemy).
   
   Tried AOE like etherflash, do not recognize a target in range.
   
   Help!
