Beneficial procs and trigger cooldowns

    This isn't necessarily a bug, but proc cooldowns on beneficial procs tend to make the effects much weaker than you might expect due to how they interact with group heals/buffs. For example, Calculated Force is a really cool adornment in theory - it has a chance to proc a small crit bonus buff on targets on a beneficial cast, and can keep stacking, but is removed if you cure them. The issue for priests is that group heals/spells are typically how we play now, and on a group spell it essentially will always hit the first person in the list of group targets, and only that person, forever. This can even be a pet, apparently - I'm assuming it's based on order they join the group, or something similar to that.

    Is there any chance that the 'can only trigger' thing could be changed to allow simultaneous events, at least for beneficial spells? There's relatively few abilities like this, and from a nostalgia standpoint getting multiple procs from them when casting group heals was largely part of their appeal.
