The EQ2 Wiki says "At level 82, with 31 specialization points, you'll be able to choose a first primal tactic in your Warder Specializations. Those primal tactics go in 5th or 6th primal slot. Level 6 Warders can unlock Slot 5 and 6 too." Is the last sentence above true about Warders unlocking slots 5 and 6? If so, how is it done? I have 35 specialization points and am above level 82 but my warders all still have only 4 slots.
