I am sure somewhere down the line there was a plan to raise the level of our merc's to 25. There is a bonus to level the merc's at 5, 10, 20 and 25. For an odd reason 15 was left out, and 25 was added, I number that is still not available in game. Would be nice to see the levels adjusted at include 15 and remove the 25, Thanks!
