After obtaining the parts needed and speaking to Bailin he casts the spell on the Spirit Lake. Quest updates to speak to him again however he has decided to run for his life and go in to hiding. Searched entire zone and he does not show up on track anywhere. Anyone else?
Same here - probly got a fizzle on his casting and went to the Ethernere - should look in the Afterlife But in all honesty: I Looked as well - nothing to find
