Axiom of Heart, can't find it

    I have searched high and low in Great Divide and use locations by wiki, and I can't find this collectable anywhere. I have even used a Gnomish Divining Rod, and can only find Peril and Bonding, I haven't found Heart anywhere.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Check near the EW griffon station in G D, the one near the broken bridge. Thats where I found mine.

    No matter how long and where I looked I couldn't find it. Then after they restarted the servers I found it within a minute. So i'm guessing it was bugged. Thanks though.
