Attempted Phishing E-Mail

    I received the following email, which thankfully was blocked by my email. Just wanted to post for awareness.
    SOE Customer Satisfaction Survey - Account/Billing & Tech Support‏
    From: SOE Customer Satisfaction Survey (soe_service_fdbk@rnmk.com)

    Notice the Email Address? Not a real SOE email!!

    Greetings,
    That is actually a legitimate e-mail from our company. We use a program to manage the tickets and that is the website of the company that programmed it. You can actually see the website by typing the rnmk.com address in a web browser.

    Phew. I was starting to worry. I got an email like that, but it never asked for any account info, just the generic, how was the service stuff...lol
