Artisan's Amalgamation.

I have been doing the new message in a bottle trade-skill quest line and you get given Artisan's Amalgamation to make certain items throughout for our little wannabe pirate friend. However, they are also needed to make the items in the recipes that you receive as the quest rewards, but I have absolutely no idea where to get them from.
Any ideas on where they can be bought etc?

They are crafted. You should get a new recipe every 10 levels.
