Armor pattern info needed..

Heya question I just picked up a spectral mist helm pattern for the first time but cannot unpack it. Any info will be great on this issue......

So far still no luck finding info on how to unpack the spectral mist pattern ;( Am I missing something???? an item?? is it a bug??? Im at the point of just destroying it and moving on..............

If right clicking the item and unpacking it doesn't work, I recommend submitting a petition in game.
