It seems this Hallmark quest item is not dropping from the Named Encounter Kpul D'Vngur, After talking amongst mostly all of the raid guilds on the server, none had reported a drop and it seems its been killed atleast 20-25 times. Please let us know if there's anything you need to get this fixed. Those items are BIS for many classes and probably need to be added to the actual Looted Box as this seemed to be the fix in the past for situations like this. Thanks again! Leaks
