With the implementation of the new purple runes in KA and the removal of the AA for salvaging Transcendent Quintessences from 96 to 98 or 99 gear either crafted or dropped from mobs, are the war runes that require the quints really needed anymore? I have 2 of the ethereal runes from last summer and have removed another war rune to make room for a new purple set, so I am only wearing actual war runes on my cloak, secondary weapon and waist. If I want to add another set of the new purples, I might have to remove 2 more war runes. Any thoughts on this?
There are very few war runes that still hold up, Bolstered Attributes, Bolstered Endurance, Fear/stun/stifle immune for certain situations, maybe relentless conviction
Having the immunites runes for a mage/priest is nice to have , as long as your gear is repaired you can just use your adornment and swap to whichever you want , no need to use the adornment reclamation .. and yes you get your other rune back
