Are the Runnyeye the Gathering banner shinies really rare?

    Or do I have to wear some goggles or other item to see them?

    I've run the zone over 15 times in the last 3 days and haven't gotten one. I have finished all the other RE t G shinie quests though so I don't mind.

    It's either 2 or 3 per zone, and it's in the same few rooms. I can't remember the exact things, been a long time.

    You do have to wear the item to see the blue shinies.

    You do one of the quests that start at the front of the instance. It gives you a hat, which I *think* is called the "Gigglegibber Courting Hat", but the icon looks like a yellow flower. While you are wearing that, you can see the shinies. I also remember 3 per instance.

    I looked up the hat and its a reward for one of the other REtG shinie quests. I'm not going to turn in all these shinie quests I have finished to get it though. The banner can wait till the expac comes out.
