   Really stinks to get that shiny new mount at 98 and not be able to use the stats (no crit chance etc) until level 100. That should be changed to 95.

   95 is collection one. Almost the same stats. 98 sounds more reasonable.

   I could see changing it to 98, but not lower.
   
   98-100 is fairly quick & easy using the new kill writs anyway. No biggie.
