    Has anyone actually spotted Lucen or Antonia? If so where are they? I mean I know Qeynos and Freeport but specifically.

    In their castles. I dont know how to get in to see them though. (Aside from betraying your city.)

    Likely content to be added later or perhaps if you get enough city and/or guild faction. Those of you who played EQ ages ago might remember that originally Lord Inquisitor Seru's room was un accessable (granted people still figured out how to get around that and levitated into the room =p). Later on they allowed a keyed access into the room tower.

    You can see Antonia Bayle in Austin Powers, played by Heather Graham. You can find Lucan D'Lere in Lord of the Rings, played by Christopher Lee. heheh

    There is a guard at the doors to the Qeynos citadel who says that you may not enter yet.
    So I assume at some point you will be able to gain entry.
