I know this is not restricted exclusively to Paladins, but ones I know all have at least one of these procs in their offensive arsenal : <Today's Patch Notes> Torrent and Pestilential Rain no longer gain damage from attributes Anyone done any testing to see how much of a difference this is making to overall ae dps ? What with the fighter heal nerf (for which I am still waiting for news of my 5 new replacement abilities for the now redundant hotbar buttons) and a mitigation nerf looming on the horizon, it's pretty depressing to log in and see ae dps nerfs heading our way too, even if indirectly.
Can't say how much, but for me P.R did around 3.5k now down to 1.9k and it was not a nerf realy, just a bug fix as those 2 procs was effected by antributes.
