in more ways than one. I am trying to get the quest "an urgent call" back after accidentally deleting the email before acceptingt the quest. I've tried bug report, I've tried petition, and I've asked for suggestions in general chat. I've visited the guy in village of shin who gives you mail; still nothing. Can I just get the quest please? I've completed on two toons already but would really like to complete it on my primary.
Did you go to Brythhel? It's worth a shot, even without the mail. As an example, Ethan in Mara had a feather over his head and I hadn't even read the mail asking me to go to him (this was for ToT quest line). Try going to her and see if that resolves the issue
