    Based on what was said earlier by RadarX: The survey was sent to some randomly selected people who had opted in for receiving emails from DBG. So, if you haven't opted in to receive emails and want to be surveyed, then opt in for email. Also, since it is random, you may or may not get selected.

    It makes sense that they would use both in game and email to do surveys. They reach a broader group that way.
