Adornment remover

I heard something about this as the sig end reward can anyone elaborate on how to get it and if its reusable please?

It was an ability and it turned any adornments you removed with this ability into no-trade. So there won't be any selling old adornments or passing them down to alts.

At least on beta, it was one of the rewards for finishing the Signature quest line through Tranquil and Phantom Seas [you got it when you talked to Antonia or Lucan the final time]. It was a no-cooldown, infinite use adornment dislodger that preserved the item.

It is in live, and works on all colors, and doesn't kill the item. But they are all made no trade.
