Not that I was really interested in using this item but it has the weirdest description, one that contradicts itself. To wit:

On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Lesser Rune of Mending on caster. Triggers about 6.0 times per minute. Heals caster for xxxxx. Cannot be modified except by direct means. This effect can only trigger once every 30 seconds.

I found this on the Electrified Adornment of Mending [2H] but it's true for the crafted Incandescent Adornments of Mending also. What's the point of the frequent trigger if it's throttled to only proc every 30 seconds?

It's less random. High proc rate + throttling means it goes off pretty consistently every 30 seconds, as long as you're doing something. Low proc rate + no throttling would make it streaky.

As is, it's at least useful for soloing since merc's healing is also... streaky. ;) If it were changed, it would be useful for approximately nobody, since healing is something you need when you need it, not something you want in random bursts whenever.

Note that its sister adornment, Blasting, has a lower rate and no throttling, since damage is nice to have whenever.
