Acct to Acct Transfer Button not working?

    I'm having an exact same issue here. The hand cursor will highlight the "Confirm Purchase" button, but clicking the button does absolutely nothing.

    Dude: it’s an modal in Character Select not a browser

    I have the exact same issue. I also tried on another computer with a fresh install. I put in a trouble ticket yesterday and they say they are working on it.

    • Fixed an issue where the purchase confirmation UI could not be interacted with.

    I am having a issue also...not sure why. I have a open slot for him.

    Says The character transfer process failed.
    Account validation process failed.

    Both accounts are paid and the transfer button doesn't say anything about DBC payment either.

    So, hopefully it didn't take your money and not work? That's a plus, but if you've wanted to do the transfer for years, it sounds discouraging. :(

    There are lots of rules for transfers, like about items of yours in someone else's house, the stuff you might've been counting on in the Shared Bank, etc...let me see if I can find them -- ah, here we go:

    In the meantime, if you've followed the rules to the letter, and both accounts are paid, I can't imagine why it would fail. :-/

    Is the A2A Transfer service automated or do you end up in a queue until someone gets to it?

    Supposedly it is completely automated now and that is what the long, long, long, wait for it to be available again was.
