Access to Luclin

    I claimed my 110 level up and tried to go to The Binding. I was told I didn't meet the requirements.

    Who do I talk to and where?

    You have to do the prelude quests with the duality by using the key that comes in the mail.

    It is account based access. So if one of your toons on a account completes the quest all have access, It is best to do the access quest,while it doesnt give you xp, it does lead you to getting a couple of quest that bring you up past level 111 which you need for getting quest in the Binding zone.
