Tested solo on Erin of Skyfire server. Bloodcoil without epic ability has a 27.8 duration and ticks at 1.9 second intervals. After hitting the epic ability and consuming a heart charge, the ability increases in duration to 34.2 seconds at a 2.4 second interval. This is the opposite of how the ability was described in the notes and actually reduces the effectiveness of the ability. The same issue applies to Boil Blood.
