I have not played in years and I started a SK. I noticed the game is auto assigning my AA points. I also notice it is putting points into ToV AA section even thought I do not own this expansion. On the screen it says requires ToV expansion but some how the game is putting the points into it. Does that mean I get the effect of these?
No, Unfortunately you do not. When you are using the "prebuilt" aa specs it spends points in the dragon tree by default. However you do not own the expansion and cannot gain the benefits from that tree. You will need to manually build an AA spec in order to reclaim those "lost" points
