I just logged onto to Beta as someone said the AA changes to restore the old capability were on test. I only had one character I could get an Aa on and I was able to assign 1 point without saving and without recasting buffs. BUT - I am unable to have a level 95 respec any of their trees. Please restore the respec ability as it was.
