Ok, I have just completed a quest 'A lonely tree' given to me in the Eldar Grove. Part of the reward is Heartwood. What I would like to know is, what is it? I know it is not a collectable, it does not offer a quest, it cannot be placed in a house, it cannot be worn. It is a physical object in my inventory. Anyone know? I have searched EQ2 Wiki and zam all they have on it is the same picture that I get when I examine it.
Yeah, that's all it is. I've kept mine since like forever. Dreaming of the day carpenters get a recipe to make a special piece of furniture out of it or something. Or it gets made into a house item tree for our gardens...
Looks like it's one of those things that the devs missed since launch. I guess it will never get changed now after all this time.
