Slightly off topic, but since someone mentioned spores... does anyone know if the proc rate on buffs like spores is a straight percentage or is there another formula? I know the proc rate on weapons is ( proc_rate_% * ( delay / 3 ) ).
That's not going to happen for the simple reason that if they changed our lvl50 spell into rooting you instead of stunning they would have to do that with ALL priest classes and that would significantly trivialise encounters by overpowering priests. I have first hand experience due to Sanctuary of just how powerful stacking FB/HG/single target/group heals on the tank are, while still being able to DH, and let me tell you it made difficult encounters very easy. The only change the devs can make to HG is to have it heal like 500hps every 2 secs, or even 250 hps every second for 36 seconds.
