Merc Healers not Healing inside of the Door mission

When I zone into When One Door Closes mission the merc healers won't heal anyone other than themselves or other Mercs. I have tried suspending them, putting them to passive and cycled through all of their stances. I have even sold them and bought new ones. No matter what I do, none of them will heal.

I tried this mission to see. My merc worked, it was doing a group heal.

I don't experience this issue on Povar. Merc healer works fine.

Your merc is set on Auto-Assist?

Does anyone have the Puller group role tag? If so, is the group spread out?

That's a good thought, but I think disabling Auto-Assist on a healer mercenary has a different effect than on the other 3 types. The healer will still heal. But when you press the Assist button, you allow them to heal to the puller if the puller is away from the group (at least until the currently aggroed mobs are dead?).

I don't use the puller tag. My group was clumped together, since I box. What I do, I move towards the mob until it attacks. I send my pet and turn around so I won't get stunned and nuke it to death.

My merc is set to auto assist and reactive.
