Staring at the Guild Lobby lag pile I have no choppiness. No noticeable render latency (hitching/stuttering)! Because I box, I set upper limit of 62 FPS foreground/background. FPS dips from the upper limit of 62 that I set down to 24. But it's smooth. Thanks for all your work EQ Devs, especially Cairbrae for the continuous updates, tips and dialogue.
