Fixed Overseer Data Not Loading

Overseer is not opening on at least Erollisi Marr. The error message is:

Your Overseer data hasn't been loaded yet, please wait and try again. If you are still unable to open the Overseer Window after a few minutes, please try zoning or relogging.

None of the suggestions in the above message work. Perhaps this is related to Emarr being down a few hours ago, as reported in:

Same here. Another reason why grind experience should be put back on mobs.

Same problem with Overseers not working on The Rathe server.

Same on Xegony. Maybe my number of agents on accounts finally broke the system...

Not loading on Tunare either. Working on Test, though.

Seems to be happening on all the servers that were down this morning.
